History is the study of the past, looking at different themes and concepts across a range of different periods of time. It is seen by employers as a traditional and valuable qualification due largely to the range of analytical, evaluative and communication skills the subject encompasses. The topics covered are both broad and diverse covering social, economic, political and international History that impacts on everyday life.
